Receipt of payment confirmation does not guarantee product dispatch until the order has passed internal verification.

Delivery timelines depend upon:

Frozen products require uninterrupted cold-chain handling.

Customers should inspect the package immediately upon delivery and store products according to the instructions mentioned on the packaging.

Risk in the products transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to operational feasibility.
